Maldives Trip, Day 2: 23rd August 2009.

Note: I'm lost. The book is making me feeling even more confused, scared and worried. [1st]

-Scared the crap out of me for 3 seconds. UJ ain't working tomorrow, I thought there would be no one to fetch me to school. I cannot skip school this week. It's exam week. LOL. [3rd]

-I have a coconut tree on my head. XD [3rd]

My parents woke us up quite early in the morning although last night they said we were allowed to sleep until anytime we wanted. I had nightmare on that day too. So, we all woke up and got ready. Actually, I tied this small bun on my head. But, my mom wanted me to wear a hat, and in the end, I had to remove[?] that bun.

Went outside.

And it seemed really hot in the morning.

I could already imagine myself becoming really tan.

Ew. ZH and I looked like husband and wife. Ugh.

Before we actually went for our breakfast, we went and checked out the beach. We just walked straight from our room, and we'll reach the beach. Really near. You don't even have to walk for more than a minute.

After checking out the beach, we decided to go for our breakfast. While walking to the breakfast area, we took more pictures. My dad and mom loved taking pictures. No wonder I'm born to be so vain.

There were a lot of monitor lizards. It was so scary. Almost everywhere.

When I was taking this picture, I was so scared there would be a monitor lizard coming out of nowhere. LOL.

I forgot what. LOL. So, this picture's more like, a random picture.

I thought maybe this place could be a really good place for photoshoot too.

I mean, not exactly at this area. But, like, in Maldives. LOL.

Anyway, my dad had a slight plan change. He wanted to check out the water activities area first. I think it's because he wanted to ask about the activities there. Oh yeah, did I mention that the second day was the most tiring day among all of the other days? It's because all of us went for a lot of activities.

There wasn't much activities, to be honest.

It was just talks about corals/sharks/etc, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, and dolphin watching.

They should have more activities for teens. But, I guess they didn't have much activities for teens because Maldives is more like a place for honeymooners.

Finally, we went for our breakfast. There were a lot of foods. But, the only problem there was there were too many flies. Really. It's so annoying and nobody could do anything about it. There's no one who did anything about it either. It kept coming that all of us had to cover our drinks with a plate.

[Side-note: The next day, there was this cup of orange juice on the table, it's like a fly trap. There were full of flies in the orange juice. More than 10 flies. Some were dead. Some were struggling to fly out, but I don't think it's possible. While some were about to fall into the orange juice trap. I kinda lost the picture. I remembered someone took a picture of it, but I can't seem to find that picture.]

After my breakfast, I walked around the area. I went to the swimming pool area. It was an 'Infinity Pool'. Made it looked like it's connected to the sea and all. ''There's no end of the swimming pool'' sort of thing. 

This is paradise. =D

After that, my mom asked us to go swimming. Actually, I didn't really want to, but my mom kept asking us to swim. More like forcing us to swim. So, yeah. We went swimming, for her sake. But, my sister didn't swim, though.

Everyone left my brothers and I at the swimming pool area. Seriously. Tell me who actually does that? I mean, asking us to swim, and then leaving us alone? LOL. Few minutes later, my dad called ZH for some reason, which ended up leaving ZY and I alone. Great. That was so awesome. After 'who-knows-how-long', ZH came back with this impatient expression and asked us to go to the beach immediately. Kept hurrying us for some sort of reason.

Yeah, so, we went to the beach. It seemed like all of the teens were going for the water sports. =O  Banana boat. I didn't really like all these sports, but, I decided to try it once again. After all, it's been years since I played banana boat. I was really nervous and scared actually.

Some of us had to wait inside the boat because there were too many people who wanted to play the banana boat. So, we'll take turns. ZY didn't play, though. He followed because he wanted to watch us.

We were the one who went for the ride first.

The man told us that if the banana boat toppled over, we should let go, we must not hold on to the boat.

We're on our way! =D

Gyah, I was really scared that I would fall.

My heart was beating really fast.

But, then, they said that's the point of banana boat.

LOL. Falling.

Um, at first, it was okay. We didn't fall, and the ones in the boat kept asking the man who was driving[?] the boat to make us fall. And he was like: "Okay, okay!" LOL. While the one sitting on the banana boat shouted back: "Bring it on!" and stuff like that. LOL.

ZY, relaxed.

LOL. He had no worries.

After a few minutes, the boat started going faster and faster. The man who drove the boat started turning randomly to the left, then to the right, and back to the left, we tried to hold on, but, in the end, all of us fell together. I almost forgot what the man said. Don't hold on, let go. LOL. I tried to hold on, but released after remembering the man's word. I couldn't see anything when I fell into the sea. Sea water gushed up into my nose. It hurt my nose, and my throat. I hate that feeling. I waited for a while until I floated back up.

When I fell inside the sea, I actually thought I died. Yes, stupid, I know. HAHA. Anyway, I floated back to the surface to the water, and I swallowed some of the sea water. Ugh. It was salty and bitter. Bitter when you swallowed too much. Some went into my eyes, which, hurt my eyes.

I didn't go for the second round.

I went back up to the boat. Because I didn't want the water gushing up my nose again. LOL. The second time, my dad went for the banana boat too. omg. At first, I thought he was kidding, until he actually sat on the banana boat. Goodness. And guess what, he's actually pretty good at it. My dad was really hyper too. HAHA.

Not sure. I don't remember. LOL.

I found out that my dad becomes fair really easily. 

But, I'm the opposite. LOL. I get tan really easily. Sad. T.T

We returned back to the beach.

There were corals under the sea when we stepped down the banana boat. Ouch.

I went to the shades to apply more lotion. I sat there for a while, and chit-chatted a little bit. Most of them went to the second water sports. But, I stayed to snorkel instead. =D

I had no idea how ZH was there. Weird.

Maybe I just don't remember what happened.

After a while, they came back. And all of us went to the other side to snorkel. They said there were more fishes there. And it was true. I was scared actually. I didn't really like fishes surrounding me, that kind of stuff. LOL. I also find it hard to breathe with the snorkel thingy. I don't know what's it call. HAHA. I whine too much. XD

Thank God there was no stingray or anything at that time. They said there's stingray at that area. Was so worried. XD I saw a lot of fishes. Really small fishes, weird looking fishes. All kinds. We fed the fish. 

I couldn't stay at one place. I kept bumping ZH, accidentally. HAHA. I also wanted to go further with my sister but my dad called us back. No more snorkeling. Oh, well. Something embarrassing happened while I was swimming back to the shore. XP

Went back to our room.

I absolutely love this thing. LOL.

Although we washed our feet, somehow, there were sands in our room. Gah. I hate it. I don't like it when the floor's not clean. 

Anyway, everyone wanted to bath first. And since they were all so crazy, like even 'betraying' each other for the bathroom, I went and swim outside. I didn't mind bathing last. I was happily swimming outside. Guess what I did? I did something stupid. I took the snorkel thingy, wore it, and swam with it. I kept going round and round since the swimming pool was quite small. LOL.

When I came up from the small pool, my mom was watching and laughing at me. LOL. I didn't know.

After bathing, we were all just chilling around, doing whatever we wanted to do. Having our lunch. Our lunch were instant noodles, actually. HAHA. And snacks. That's because we bought too many snacks, and we're supposed to finish it.

Since I was the last one who bathed, I was the last in everything. And... I was in the room...

My dad told us that we were going fishing in the evening. Wow. More activities. HAHA. I kept eating in the room. LOL. I ate chocolates, bread with 'bak gua', biscuits, and drank a cup of Milo while watching TV. Haha. It was even more awesome when Big Bang, Girls Generation and Rain appeared on TV. Oh! And TVXQ! too. Had a great time. X))

Minutes later, my siblings were all gone. All of them left me alone in the room. LOL. I watched the TV by myself until my mom asked me to try her bikini(s). =.=

So, I did a lot of random stuff, took a nap and then went for fishing. I kinda think I changed a lot of times on that day. All of us walked to the boat area. The guy said we might be able to see dolphins if we were lucky. =D

So, can't eat it.

And yeah, well, I didn't get to catch any fish for a very long time. And I eventually gave up. I just sat there and felt the wind, camwhored, ate junk foods. But, I must admit that I really wanted to catch a fish. I wanted to know how it feels when there's a fish biting on the bait because I don't get it. Everyone seemed to be struggling when they caught a fish. I don't understand how heavy it could be. LOL.

I'm very picky when it comes to junk foods.

I only eat Lightly Salted Chips, or original potato flavor chips only.

I don't eat any other flavours, like BBQ, etc.

I went up alone.

There was nothing up there. Not even chairs or anything.

Just an empty space. It felt nice being all alone up there.

It was peaceful. The stairs was scary though.

I went down a few times, and then went up again. And I slipped once when I went down. LOL. I was so shocked that I couldn't move. I just stayed there. Everyone stared at me. I still didn't move, eyes wide open, I didn't say anything either, until my dad asked: "Does it hurt?"

I was like: "Uh, no."

After that, I walked away like nothing happened. HAHA.

I climbed up again.

Not as bright as before anymore.

Oh yeah, took off the rubberband off my hair because the wind was so strong, it messed up my fish-tailed braid.

But, my hair was still messy.

After 2 hours +, we went back to the hotel. Took a shower and all, then, we went to the Indian restaurant for our dinner. Kinda dressed up a little for the restaurant. LOL.

There was this two weird thing down there.

We didn't know what it was.

But, to me, it kinda looked like sea cucumbers?

After dinner, we walked around, and I found out there was a library and a teen centre. Definitely wanted to check it out. There was also surfing class, but it was expensive. ZH and my sister almost registered for it. But, in the end, didn't. I also found out that my dad bought cigar. I wasn't really happy with the idea. LOL.

But, I can't do anything about it, I mean, it's his decision, anyway.

My back hurt really badly after all the activities. The muscles were hurting badly. XP

I went and checked out the gym too, and I was happy because I could use it too.

As long as you're 13 and above. =D Usually it's like 18 and above and stuff. =.=

Oh yeah, the service there was good also, I guess. =))

I got a huge scare when my dad fell down when he walked down the stairs from the gym.

Thank God it's not serious or anything. =O

Trick Or Treat.

HALLOWEEN SURPRISE.

How did ya celebrate your Halloween?

Well, I know some of you are going to AAR's concert. =)

Happy Halloween!

This adorable girl and her mom just stopped by my house for 'Trick Or Treat'.

At first, my maid saw her, but my maid didn't understand when she said: "Happy Halloween!" ZY started running upstairs and screaming frantically saying that there's someone outside. I thought what happened, so, all of us ran down, and I saw this the small girl holding a pumpkin. Then, we realized she wanted candies, we quickly looked for candies.

I felt slightly bad as it was raining and she had to wait outside. 

But, who knew, right?! I mean, we don't celebrate Halloween, and this was a first!

After we got candies, I immediately opened the gate for the girl and her mom to come in. Before I passed her the candies, she looked at me and asked: "Can you speak English?" LOL.

And I replied: "Yeah." Maybe she thought I couldn't speak English after my maid didn't know what's 'Happy Halloween'. She smiled a little, and I passed her the sweet.

Then, she said: "Thank you, bye bye." 

I smiled back and said: "Happy Halloween!"

And we waved goodbye.

When my cousin found out about that, she wanted to go too.

She's calling us on the phone now and asking us if we want to go or not.

But, I said: "What?! What do we dress as? We don't have costumes."

She replied: "I don't know. We could..."

I simply gave an idea. "We could just wear like those huge, black rubbish bin plastic bags."

In the end, we're not going.  We just hung up the phone like a few minutes ago.

Because I don't feel like going anymore, and it's slightly embarrassing.

Maybe I would if there were a lot of people coming with me, and it's not raining, then I would. =)

Anyway, this is my Halloween surprise.

Celebrating Dad's Birthday.

Seems like ZY is getting influenced by me as well. I think he's starting to like photography. But, more on camwhoring, though. I copied one of the pictures he took.

So, since my parents won't be here for about two weeks, my dad ain't going to be here on his birthday, so, he wanted to celebrate his birthday with us earlier. Do you know how my dad wants to celebrate his birthday? By eating non-stop. Yes, that's what he said. Eating non-stop. And we're really good at it. =D

I didn't charge my camera's battery, so I had to borrow ZY's camera. Thank God we weren't fighting on that day, or else I wouldn't have any camera. LOL. XP

My dad decided to go to eat Korean food. And we tried the one on the top floor of Pavilion shopping centre, 'Da On'. When we entered the restaurant, everyone just went like: "Annyeonghasaeyo!" I started hearing familiar music at the background. It was 'Boys Over Flowers OST'. LOL. SS501's song! =D

When I flipped through the menu, something grabbed my attention.

Homemade Korean Ice-cream: KIMCHI?!?!?!?!

Shocked, and didn't dare to try it. HAHA.

We ordered some foods to try it first. 

Barbeque beefs, 'Dolsot Bi Bim Bap', Prawns, 'Kimchi Jigae', Fried Rice.

My dad also ordered the Korean wine. He wanted to try the rice wine, but they said it was expired or something. =.= Whoakay, so my dad got something else. It was this plum wine[?] called 'Gold'[?] Apparently, there were gold dust inside. When you shake the bottle, you can see the gold dust. I was pretty shocked actually, but my dad said it can be consumed. I tried a little bit, and gag, it tasted like medicine.

It was good. Really. But, it was my mom's.

Because she was dieting. And all she ate was rice and kimchi soup.

I only had a sip. The picture wasn't that clear, because ZY's camera hates the macro. =.=

I didn't take pictures of the prawn, too busy eating and was lazy. XD

I went to the washroom. And it was kinda cool. Because to enter the washroom, you had to press a switch. Then, the main door will be opened for you. The washroom was really dark, seriously. It's so creepy. Why couldn't they make it brighter? I hate dark toilets, although it's kinda cool at times.

I'm starting to think he's vainer than me. And I told him: "Eh, since you like to take picture so much, next time when I have photoshoot, you join me, okay?"

He was so excited about it. LOL.

After dinner, we walked around Pavilion, but didn't know what to do. Actually, my dad wanted to eat more at some where else. I didn't mind, my tummy still could fit more foods. But, I didn't know why my mom and my sister were really full. They kept refusing. So, we ended up not eating.

Then, my dad suggested to watch movie, but there wasn't any awesome movies to watch at that moment. So, we went to KLCC to get my sister a table lamp for her college. Then, we went home.

Sang 'Happy Birthday' to dad, and he blew his cake, he made a wish, who knew adults still make wishes? LOL. And we ate the cake. The cake was awesome.

The next day, we went out again to continue our 'Dad's Eating Non Stop Birthday'. He wanted to try this new restaurant in Pavilion which had German sausages. He ordered some foods for us to try it first. Usually, when we're kinda new to the restaurant, we would try the food first. And if we like it, then we ordered for more. =D So, my dad ordered this sausage, pork knuckle, pork ribs, and I forgot what's the another one called.

We went upstairs to 'Grandmama', the kinda new restaurant because ZY wanted to eat Cendol. My dad ordered more food, he ordered Curry Mee, Prawn Mee, and this Fish Noodles. I ordered 'Ice Kacang' and ZY ordered 'Banana Fritters'.

After that, the others went home while my sister and I went to 'Sungai Wang' for Lee Min Ho's fansigning event. I will blogged it in another posts. Yeah, I guess that's it for now because I'm terribly hungry and I want to do something else now.

Kicking Asses in Penny's House.

-How can ZY get a 'Murid Contoh' certificate when he's so badly behaved?

-omg. I'm still getting nightmares. And it's been almost a week. Milder though. Not as scary as before.

-Continued blogging about this after coming back from guitar class, and I'm sort of pissed at my teacher. =)

I don't know how to start. LOL. Well, um, there was this gathering on that day. But, I didn't really want to go because I wasn't feeling so well, and somehow, I ended up going up to Penny's house. =D It was sort of a 'Kick-People's-Ass' stuff. It's an inside joke. =D Oh yeah, I ended up using all the edited pictures. LOL.

Anyway, we were planning to do a lot of things in her house. So, Su and I went to her house really early. But, Su reached first because UJ couldn't really find the house. Which made me ended up reaching at 8+[?] I was really excited because it's my first time going to PW's house. =D I've almost been to everyone's house for a few times, but never to PW's house. 

The first thing we did was make-up lesson because PW wanted to learn it. I taught her really simple and express way. LOL. And man, she learnt fast. We spent about 2 hours on that we didn't even realize it. No pictures because we were too focus in teaching/learning. 

Went downstairs because my tummy started growling.

I forgot if we had eaten anything when we went downstairs for the first time.

I think we ordered for foods. Haha.

Oh, and PW's maid was really sweet and nice. =))

Then, we went back upstairs. For our photoshoot! Yay! We changed and everything. It was kinda funny. Because the three of us would change in the same room facing different directions and kept repeating the phrase: "Don't look ah!"

Before we started the photoshoot, there were some things that Su and PW needed to do. I didn't know what because I was really mean for not helping. Wahaha. I went around her room, to check out PW's things. [Things kept outside only. I don't go like opening people's drawer, their closet, etc. That would be too much.]

To be honest, I like checking out people's things. Haha, because everyone keeps different things. Thank God it was PW. Some people do get angry at me for checking out their things. HAHA. Maybe I'm too nosy. XD

PW has a lot of interesting, vintage-y, olden things. Like the phone in her room and all. It's so cool.

Soon, someone called us saying that the foods were served. I shouted in joy. C'mon! Who doesn't when feeling ravenous? Food is happiness, okay? X)) Ran downstairs and saw two bowls of noodles and lots of tuna bread on the table. =O

After eating, we went upstairs. It was time for the 'Nerdy' shoot. And that's when I found out when Su said: "White + Nerdy", she meant two shoots. LOL. So, I didn't join the nerdy one since I didn't bring enough outfits. X) I did something else like watching them shoot, doing random things like...

Then, we didn't have anything to do. We decided to record. But, PW's brother was using the computer. So, we washed the make-up off our faces, and I taught them how to tie certain hairstyles, it was express-style too. LOL. Funny.

We also chit-chat a little bit while waiting for PW's brother to watch finish his cartoon. Soon, we went downstairs. But, there's something wrong with the computer. After a very long time trying to figure out the problem, someone ended up calling PW's brother, and he solved the problem. =O

I enjoyed my time there on that day. It was really fun. X)) But, after a while, UJ came. So, I had to go back. T.T When I reached home, I thought I could rest, I mean, it was a long day. But, my mom said we were going out. LOL.

So, okay. It's fine. We went to Bangsar Village to eat. omg. LOL. 

Ate at this Chinese restaurant. Ordered quite a lot of food. I'm starting to be lazy to elaborate and express myself and all. HAHAHA.

We went Baskin Robbins after dinner. Just across the shopping centre. And I saw this really cute ice-cream thing, which apparently, was a pen. I saw it, pointed at it, and exclaimed: "That is so cute!" The guy who was selling the ice-cream then said: "It's a pen. You need to purchase... blah blah blah...at least RM20 to get one." So, I was hoping all of us would buy an ice-cream instead of ZY and I only. Yeah, and everyone bought an ice-cream except for my mom, so, YES! I got the pen.

NEW GLASSES.

This is my new glasses. 

It kind of looks like 'Wayfarer' glasses. =/

Turned away because of the reflection on the glasses if I faced the computer.

Some people didn't even realized I had my new glasses on. HAHA.

A lot of people had been asking me why I got a huge glasses.

Hm, well, maybe it's because I wanted something different this time.

Anyway, I haven't been blogging for a while now.

I'll be uploading pictures for all of the things I want to blog about first and saving it in drafts.

Then, will be arranging the pictures.

After that, I'll work on the post. It'll take some time.

Besides, exam is like, next week. So, I need to study. =)

But, my two hours had been spent in a Japanese restaurant. LOL.

I won't be going to school tomorrow, which is Wednesday.

It's because my parents will take the DSLR with them when they go for their trip, I think.

It's not that bad, but I don't know why it hurts since like, forever.

I think it's a real gun. And he just revealed it like that while waiting for taxi.

Maldives Trip, Day 1: 22nd August 2009.

Date of event: 22nd August 2009.

Date of blogging: 20th October 2009.

Note: I have many side notes. But, it's all craps. Fortunately, I'm forgetful and I forgot almost half of the side notes. HAHA. Anyway, I'm multi-tasking like crazy. Editing pictures, transferring pictures, blogging and also chatting with some people. =D

-It's so sad that Beyonce's concert was postponed! I was looking forward to it. X((

-Lately, I don't know why, but I'm always getting nightmares of world ends.

-I'd watched the 'Cloudy Meatball' movie. Whatever it's called. It's not nice.

-Lee Min Ho is coming to Malaysia, baby!!!

-A lot of people chatted with me today. It's awesome and random. Haha.

Back to the main topic. But, before that, I have to tell you that there are only a couple of pictures, because I reached there in the middle of the night on the first day. The fun only started on the next day. So...yeah. =D

Anyway, I went to the airport. And I'm always doubting myself. Not only at that moment, but I mean all the time. HAHA. So, I was kind of worried that I forgot to bring something.

On the way to the airport, we were chit-chatting halfway, and my mom was like: "Oh, Hui Wen. So...I bought bikinis." My jaw dropped, literally. I just nodded until she continued: "We'll share, okay?" I was still in the shock-mode but managed to give my mom a reply: "Uh, it's okay, heh...ehe...I have my, uh...tankini. I'm fine." But, I think she didn't really hear me or something.

When we reached the airport, we saw the astronaut. HAHA. But he left right after we entered the airport. ZH was our supplier, he had everything in his bag. Even awesome foods, like 'bak gua'. =D Cool, right? XD We were going to Maldives with... Aunty Min and her family. Dad acted as our tour guide. It was funny.

I don't really like to eat in the restaurant 'Eden'. But, my mom likes it. Since we've been traveling a lot this year, it's like we kept going to that restaurant a lot of times. We even sat at the same table. LOL.

In the plane, we couldn't switch on our phones. So, I would jot down what I want to blog about on a paper. I thought I lost it, but I found it. Guess where I found it? In the same book. 

While queueing up, I saw this really cute Japanese baby girl, I think she was around 3? She kept running around and most of our attentions were on her. =D

I read the card written on the Maldives rules thing. And that's when I realized it's a Muslim country. =O I was pretty shocked when I found out. Because I didn't know. LOL. 

I forgot how long was the trip to Maldives. I think it took about 6 hours to reach the destination, if I remembered correctly. =) I seriously don't remember what happened in the plane.

I was excited when I finally reached Maldives. We had to sit a boat to our hotel, 'Four Seasons: Kuda Huraa'. Did you know there are two Four Seasons hotel? =/ It took about 45 minutes to reach the hotel. 

On the way to our hotel, I looked up to the sky, and there were like 423432483 stars. It's like, we don't get to see that in KL, I was really amazed, I tried to take a picture, but it was too dark and all. HAHA.

I forgot what I wanted to say about 'Noisy', 'Ugly Pictures' and 'Water' which was stated in my small notebook. HAHA.

When we were about to reach the hotel, there was this small hut on this small piece of land[?] or something, it was the spa. And if someone wanted to go to the spa, they had to sit a boat there. LOL. So cool. The hotel I stayed at was awesome! But, I reached in the middle of the night and I was tired, so, it was kind of hard for me to, like, actually observe around on the first day. Oh yeah, it was also raining when I reached there. =)

They served us the welcome drink. It's a mixture of ginger, lemon and something. I forgot. omg. I can't believe I'm forgetting a lot of things. Maybe it's just because I'm too tired. Yeah, I think it's because I'm really tired right now. Anyway, there were two kinds of room. One was at the 'Water Bungalow' area, that's on top of the sea[?], and the other one was the 'Beach Pavilion', which was located near the beach. I stayed at the 'Beach Pavilion' area, and I loved it there. You'll know why later.

We separated with Aunty Min and her family because they were staying at the 'Water Bungalow' area. We went to our room with a buggy. Fun. =D I was completely awed when I saw my room. WE HAD OUR OWN SWIMMING POOL. OMG. WASN'T THAT AWESOME?! I didn't really take a picture of the pool on the exact day, because it was raining and it was late. 

Inside the room was spacious too.

Okay, wait. Or I should say, the whole area was spacious.

Even the toilet. No kidding.

Just incase we get hungry. I mean, I get hungry real fast.

I find this post really crappy. LOL. Too tired already. Can't really concentrate properly. I'm starting to get headache. But, I'm still quite happy. In a pretty good mood. X)
